After the blood bag or required amount of blood is removed, the needle is removed from the arm and a bandage is placed. So that the bleeding stops. The blood pressure cuff is then removed as well.
 
What to do after donating blood? 
 
After donating blood, you should rest for some time in the same place and eat a little juice or snack while lying down. After 10-15 minutes you can get up from there. 
 
After donating blood, you should take care of the following things. like- For the next few days, drink extra fluids like water, juice. 
 
 Don't do heavy stuff or strenuous work for the next five hours. If you feel dizzy or dizzy after donating blood, sit in one place until you feel better. 
 
Do not remove or wet the bandage on hand for at least five hours. If there is still bleeding after removing the bandage, press on the needle area and raise the arm upwards. When the blood stops, then lower the hand. If blood starts coming under the skin or the blood collects, then apply ice on it. If the hand swells, take painkillers or see a doctor if the problem worsens.
